Site and Services include cookies that we set and cookies set by

Session replay.
In the Services, we use analytics software that records how users
interact with pages so that we can diagnose usability problems and
improve the product. Replays are configured to mask all on-screen text
and form inputs and to block images and media. Pages that display
contacts, conversations, tickets, inquiries, and companies are not
captured, and session replay is turned off for HIPAA organizations.
Chat widget storage.
When a visitor uses a Z360 chat widget on one of our customers'
websites, the widget stores a visitor identifier in the visitor's
browser so that the conversation can continue across pages and visits.
