Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Last Modified: August 25, 2025

This AUP describes acceptable and unacceptable uses of Z360 Services. It protects our customers, their customers, and our platform. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

1) Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for compliance with this AUP by anyone using your Account. Don’t enable or assist others in violating it. We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access consistent with our Terms.

2) Reporting

Report suspected violations to legal@z360.biz. We review and act as appropriate.

3) Email & messaging rules

  • No spam: No unsolicited bulk or deceptive emails/texts; comply with CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, carrier/A2P rules, and applicable state laws.

  • Consent & identity: Obtain required consent; use truthful sender info.

  • Opt‑outs: Include clear unsubscribe/STOP mechanisms and honor them promptly.

  • Lists: No harvested/scraped/purchased lists unless you can verify lawful consent.

4) Telephony & recordings

  • Consent: You must obtain and document consent for calls, texts, and recordings where required.

  • Emergency services: Z360 telephony is not for emergency calling (e.g., 911).

  • Abuse: No unlawful robocalls, harassment, or evasion of carrier rules.

5) No disruption or misuse

  • No hacking, DDoS, malware, credential stuffing, or attempts to bypass security.

  • Don’t degrade network integrity (e.g., causing blacklisting, high bounce/complaint rates).

  • Respect access controls; don’t share simultaneous logins for a single user.

6) Browser Tasks & third‑party tools

  • Follow the rules of the tools you use. When Z360 executes Browser Tasks in your software, you are responsible for ensuring that activity complies with those tools’ terms and usage policies.

  • No circumvention. Do not use the Services to bypass paywalls, CAPTCHAs, MFA/2FA, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.

  • Data minimization. Configure approved abilities to collect/process only what is needed for the task; avoid sensitive screens/fields unless necessary and permitted.

  • Audit & supervision. Review audit trails and set appropriate handoffs for unusual cases.

7) Restricted data & industries

  • Sensitive data: Unless a separate signed agreement explicitly allows it (e.g., BAA for HIPAA), do not upload or process highly sensitive data (e.g., PHI, full payment card numbers, government IDs, financial account numbers, or other regulated data) in the standard Service.

  • Higher‑risk industries (may be restricted or refused): cryptocurrency speculation/sales, NFTs, adult/escort content, unapproved pharmaceuticals/controlled substances, pyramid/MLM schemes, gambling, “work from home/get rich quick,” lead brokering or list rental, social‑media manipulation.

8) Prohibited content & behavior

  • Illegal or infringing content; threats, harassment, hate, or incitement to violence.

  • Malware, spyware, or code that intercepts or exfiltrates data.

  • Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.

9) Service limits & fair use

Use the Services within your plan’s limits. We may charge overages or suspend features after notice if usage materially exceeds fair use or creates risk.

10) Trademarks & branding

Don’t use Z360 marks without written permission. Don’t remove or obscure notices.

11) Developer tools & APIs

Follow posted developer terms. Don’t reverse‑engineer, circumvent security, or misuse tokens/keys.

12) Enforcement; changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP breaches. We may update this AUP; posting the new date above makes changes effective. Continued use means acceptance.
